Updated: 30/21/20

COVID-19 UPDATE
We would firstly like to thank all guest's who have been absolutely amazing & understanding during these strange & challenging times.
Due to the announcement today (30/12/20) Sadly, as you all are aware, we are only able to operate in a tier 1 and 2 area. Currently, the new restrictions have moved many areas into tier 3 and 4. Therefore, We are unable to currently operate in these areas. We MUST ensure that we are operating in an legal manner & ensure we continually have the correct up to date guidance(which is constantly changing) to ensure the safety of our valued guest's, our staff & all families. We feel it is to vital with the constant changes & we need to be responsible as a business & feel that going forward, protecting our guest's & staff is at the forefront of our minds along with protecting the reputation of our business, we are now moving all our upcoming events to Spring time 2021 and thereafter.
We feel given the fact of the new vaccine rollout and constant rollercoaster of up and down tiers and safety of everyone moving everything until Spring and onwards is the safest option.
This has been a very hard decision but we must air on the side of caution with the pandemic taking hold again.
We will be in contact with each guest booked on an event, in event order to inform you of your new date for your event in 2021. Please be patient as we must work with each venue to get a new date and we will be doing this in order of each event in date order.
We must thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support & understanding along with all your kind words which have been very hard times for us all. It’s because of all your support that we are still standing. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2021, where we can continue to get together & enjoy what we all love to do..... GHOST HUNTING Please stay safe

COVID-19 UPDATE

We would firstly like to thank all guest's who have been absolutely amazing & understanding during these strange & challenging times. We are constantly in check with local authorities where our events are held along with communicating with public health advisor's, this is to ensure that we are operating in an legal manner & to ensure we continually have the correct up to date guidance(which is constantly changing) to ensure the safety of our valued guest's, our staff & all families.

We have just received new guidance with the same outcome from all 5 local authorities & public health advisor's with regarding the new tier system introduced by the government. The highlight of the advice given to us are as follows

* We operate ticket sales which promotes members of the public to mix with other households

* We are working around the 10pm-5am curfew

This would be safe to do so in tier 1 but not tier 2 & 3

Sadly we feel the advice is to vital, especially with the constant changes & we need to be responsible as a business & feel that going forward, protecting our guest's & staff is at the forefront of our minds along with protecting the reputation of our business, we are now moving all our upcoming events that are booked for the rest of the year to 2021.

We have already seen majority of our venues Informing us that events can't take place at the current time. This has been a very hard decision but we must air on the side of caution with the pandemic taking hold again & WE MUST adhere to all advice given to us by all local authorities.

We will be in contact with each guest booked on an event, in event order to inform you of your new date for your event in 2021.

We must thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support & understanding along will all your kind words which have been very hard times for us all. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2021, where we can continue to get together & enjoy what we all love to do..... GHOST HUNTING

Moving forward, we are unsure what restrictions will be in place as of 2021 when we start with our events again. Our booking system is open but it is vital that you only book following the local guidelines at the time of booking and you agree to the following:

  • If your event is CANCELLED, you will be given the choice of either a credit note or a Full refund
  • If your event is POSTPONED, you will be given the choice of a transfer to the new date for the same venue you booked on or a credit note
  • If you book an event and decide you no longer wish to attend, this is down to your own personal decision and our Terms and Conditions apply for our booking that no refund, transfer or credit note will be offered
  • If you book an event and are informed you have to self isolate, we will offer a transfer to a new date of the event booked at a later date or a credit note. We do require to see proof that you do have to isolate to put this into place or we are unable to offer a  transfer or credit note.
These times are really challenging for all and it is vital we all follow the rules and keep each other safe. Thank you once again for your support.

THERE ARE THREE SIMPLE ACTIONS WE MUST ALL DO TO PROTECT EACH OTHER......

  • Wash hands keep washing your hands regularly
  • Cover face wear a face covering in enclosed spaces
  • Make space stay at least 2 metres apart - or 1 metre with a face covering or other precautions
